However, if you are not satisfied with the taste, quality or packaging of our products and wants to claim a refund, we provide you with a 100% refund guarantee. In such a case the return has to be initiated in 24 hours of order received. The returned item should be considerably unused and sealed in original packaging.
Note: The shipping charges are not refundable. Customer has to bear the charges for returning the package to our location.
To return an item you can write a mail to gpurespices@gmail.com with complete details and attach the images as and where required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.
